October 27, 2010: Construction Begins on Phases 1 & 2. The site utilities have been installed and the building pads are complete.

September 17, 2010: Forest Ridge Hires Project Superintendent, Philip Hale. Philip will oversee all of the construction and build-out of the 44 units planned at Forest Ridge.

September 13, 2010: Forest Ridge breaks ground.
